HOW IT WORKS

When you reach the checkout process at Upside Down Dance Academy (or any participating retailer) you will have the opportunity to register for either PayPal, Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode. Simply sign-up for the service following the online instructions that are linked directly to your card issuer, set up your new personal password once your card issuer has confirmed your identity, and continue shopping.

This is a one-off registration process, so you will be able to use the same password for all future purchases you make with participating retailers.

Alternatively you can contact your bank directly to register, or visit Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode for more information.

PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS

When you place an order on our website we shall email you an order confirmation email. Our acceptance of your order does not take place until despatch of the order, at which point the contract for the purchase of goods will be made and you will be charged.

Once you have checked out and you have received your order confirmation email you will not be able to make any changes to your order so please make sure that everything is correct before clicking the CONFRIM & PAY button.

Any discounts triggered by the entry of a promotional code will not be applied until the order is accepted but will be detailed on the invoice.

We reserve the right to refuse an order. Non-acceptance of an order may, for example, result from one of the following:

* The product ordered being unavailable from stock

* Our inability to obtain authorisation of payment

* The identification of an error within the product information, including price or promotion

* If we suspect any fraudulent activity

If there are any problems with your order we shall contact you. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time. We will take all necessary measures to keep the details of your order and payment secure.

Prices are subject to change without notice. These changes will not affect orders that have already been despatched.

Goods are subject to availability. As there is a delay between the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is accepted, the stock position relating to particular items may change. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before we accept the order we shall notify you as soon as possible and you will not be charged for the out of stock items.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Orders over £35 will be required to be sent by Special Delivery to insure the package of any expenses if lost.

All our orders are posted via Royal Mail apart from wholesale/dance school bulk orders where we will use a private courier. All UK orders generally shipped within 4-7 working days after the order is processed depending on the delivery option.

PLEASE NOTE: If you do not to choose a recorded method of delivery, Upside Down Dance Academy will not be responsible for any losses and will not replace them.

Notifications will be sent via email as soon as the package is shipped. Transit days are Monday through Friday with the exception of holidays. Saturday delivery is available and can be requested over the phone.

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING

 

1. By taking advantage of the Free Delivery offer (the Offers) you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. The Offer entitles you to free standard delivery within the UK or internationally on all online orders at www.usddacademy.co.uk (see delivery to Home/Studio) .

3.The Offer applies to the standard delivery service only for International orders and the standard home or standard collect from studio delivery services for customers shipping within the UK.

4.Upside Down Dance Academy’s normal refund and returns policy applies.

Upside Down Dance Academy reserves the right to (I) cancel this Offer at any time; (II) refuse to allow any individual to participate in this Offer (III) decline to accept order where, in its opinion, an Offer code is invalid for the order being placed and (IV) amend these terms and conditions (and will use reasonable endeavours to notify changes to all customers).

7.These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of a dispute.

If you have paid on your debit, credit or charge card you will only be charged once the goods have been dispatched to the delivery address. We will email you to confirm dispatch.
