Class Terms and conditions for Students and Parents

SECTION 1 – STUDENTS (ADULTS)

All participants must complete our online registration form before their first class. While attending the classes you agree to keep your personal details up to date. All classes must be booked and paid for online 24hours before the class starts. 
Due to health and safety, late comers may be asked not to partake in the session but are welcome to stay and watch. 
Upside Down Dance Academy is not responsible for the personal belongs of our students and will not be liable for any lost or stolen goods.

Cancellation Policy

Our advice to you is: Do not book your class package until you are certain you will be attending the chosen sessions, as all payments are non-refundable.

If you have purchased a membership or block sessions and can no longer attend, unfortunately the payment is non-refundable, however payments made are transferable.

If you make a booking for a block session for a particular course and can no longer attend, you may transfer this booking to attend other classes by reregistering to the new class/course you choose, however this must be done within 30 days of you making your payment. 

SECTION 2 – PARENTS/CARERS

Kids and teens dance classes

Payments: All payments must be made upfront, online via PayPal/card/Bacs by the 1st of each month.  Feel free to set up monthly direct debit if it is more convenient for you or if you are unsure to make each monthly payment on time.

Please Note: We only accept monthly payments.  From October 2018, you will also be able to make card/contactless payments at any of our studios.

From September 2018, all late payments made after the 10th of each month will result in and additional charge of £5.

If your child misses any sessions, you will still have to pay the full monthly fee.

Note : Late payment could also result in another child been offered your child space. Upside Down Dance Academy reserves the right to deny entry to any participant. 

 

In the interest of the progression of each child we do not allow parents sit on our classes. The progression of your child can be viewed every month (see FAQs). Parents/guardians/carers are responsible for collecting their children on time after the session. Failure to collect children on time will result in an additional charge of £3.

If you wish your child to go on his/her own after the class, you will need to send us an email/text confirmation which will allow your son or daughter to leave.

Note : For safeguarding purposes, if asked, we only accept local children over 11 years old to leave after the class on their own once we have received authorisation from parents/guardians/carer.
