Parent / Guardian Code of Conduct
Up Side Down Dance Academy (USDD Academy) · operated by USDD Networks · info@usddnetworks.co.uk
Purpose
To set out the expectations of parents and guardians whose children attend USDD classes, workshops, performances or events.
Expectations
- Drop off and collect children promptly. Children must not be left unaccompanied before or after sessions unless prior written arrangements are in place.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date emergency contact and medical information.
- Inform the teacher of any medical, accessibility, behavioural or safeguarding needs.
- Treat staff, other parents and students with respect — verbal abuse, threats or aggression will not be tolerated.
- Respect the photography and social-media consent settings recorded on your child's registration form.
- Use official USDD channels (email, WhatsApp class group, in-person) for queries.
Performances & Trips
For performances, outdoor sessions and trips, parents/guardians must sign a separate consent form and provide named emergency contacts.

Please raise any concerns directly with the class teacher in the first instance or with the DSL for safeguarding matters. See our Complaints Policy for the full process.
