Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview
This policy applies to activities delivered by Up Side Down Dance Academy (USDD Academy), operated by USDD Networks.
No refunds will be issued unless cancellation is made on the same day by Up Side Down Dance Academy, or if a teacher does not attend / USDD cancels the session — in which case full responsibility will be taken and a refund or replacement class will be provided.
Participant Cancellations
- Payments are non-refundable once a booking has been confirmed.
- Missed classes, late arrivals or change of mind do not qualify for refunds.
- In exceptional circumstances, Up Side Down Dance Academy (USDD Academy) may offer a class credit or transfer at management discretion.
USDD Academy Cancellations
If USDD Academy cancels a class, workshop, battle, event or session on the same day due to teacher absence, venue issues, emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, full responsibility will be taken by USDD Academy and participants will be offered:
- a replacement session,
- a class credit, or
- a full refund where appropriate.
Teacher Absence
- If a teacher is unavailable, USDD Academy will attempt to provide a qualified replacement teacher whenever possible.
- If no replacement can be arranged and the session cannot proceed, full responsibility will be taken by USDD Academy and participants will be offered an alternative session, credit or refund.
Outdoor Classes & Events
- Outdoor sessions may be rescheduled due to unsafe weather or circumstances beyond our control.
- Where possible, alternative dates or indoor replacements will be provided instead of refunds.
Online Courses & Digital Content
Due to the nature of digital products and streamed content, online courses and downloadable materials are non-refundable once access has been granted.
