Terms & Conditions — Classes, Events, Workshops & Online Courses

Purpose

These terms apply to all bookings made with Up Side Down Dance Academy (USDD Academy) for classes, workshops, events and online courses. By booking, you accept these terms in full.

Bookings

Bookings are confirmed once payment is received in cleared funds. We reserve the right to refuse any booking at our discretion.

Conduct

All students, parents and attendees agree to comply with the relevant Code of Conduct (Staff / Student / Parent). Breach may result in removal without refund.

Liability

Up Side Down Dance Academy (USDD Academy) is not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings. Participants take part at their own risk and confirm fitness to participate. Our liability for personal injury caused by negligence is not excluded or limited where to do so would be unlawful.

Variations

We reserve the right to substitute teachers, venues or content of equivalent quality and to adjust schedules where reasonably required (e.g. teacher illness, venue closure, weather).

Photography & Data

Photography, video and personal data are handled in accordance with our Photography Consent and GDPR policies.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Review & Contact

This policy is owned by USDD Networks (the legal entity operating Up Side Down Dance Academy (USDD Academy)) and reviewed at least annually, or sooner if legislation, statutory guidance or organisational structure changes. Reviewed annually · Last review: May 2026.
