The USDD Youth Dance Theatre Company is the performance pathway of USDD Academy — a creative ensemble for committed young dancers (ages 12–19) who want to train, create and perform at company level. We work in cinematic productions, festivals, showcases and original choreographic works developed across the season.

Four steps to the stage.
Apply
Submit the company application below. We'll review every entry — no portfolio required.
Workshop Audition
Invited applicants attend a 90-minute workshop audition led by the USDD creative team.
Callback
Shortlisted dancers receive a callback for a longer studio session and short interview.
Offer
Successful dancers are offered a company place for the upcoming season.
Rehearsal commitment.
We support real life — school, exams and family come first. Block bookings, term breaks and special circumstances are always honoured when communicated in advance.
